By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Our platform transfers your Kindle highlights and notes to Notion. After you upload your highlights file and complete the payment, we will automatically send your highlights to Notion.

3. Registration and Security

To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. We will not share your email with third parties.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data will not be processed or sold to third parties. The email provided is used solely to identify the corresponding Notion workspace.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload to the platform, including illegally obtained books, messages, or sensitive information. We are not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by users.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Once the payment is complete, your highlights will be automatically sent to Notion. Refunds are not offered, except under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. Service Modifications

We are committed to keeping the service active and available for the contracted period. However, in exceptional situations beyond our control—such as legal, technical, or financial issues—we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service. If the service needs to be discontinued, we will make every effort to notify users in advance and either preserve their accounts or offer alternative solutions where possible. KindleTwoNotion is not liable for any losses resulting from service modifications or discontinuation under extraordinary circumstances, but we will do our best to minimize the impact.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed about any changes.
